2. Follow up like it’s life or death. Not every client is ready to buy or sell during the first conversation, and that’s okay. The key is to stay on top of follow-ups. Setting reminders on the calendar and checking in regularly helps nurture relationships. This habit has been essential in turning potential leads into actual transactions.

3. Build a memorable personal brand. Creating a personal brand that stands out is crucial. Consistency is everything—from email signatures to social media posts. I keep my colors and messaging uniform across all platforms. It’s all about creating something memorable that clients can recognize and trust.

4. Know the market inside and out. Being a market expert is non-negotiable. I use MLS reports to stay informed and provide market updates to clients. These reports are not just tools, but also great conversation starters that show clients I’m invested in delivering value.

5. Stay consistent no matter what. None of these strategies work without consistency. Following these steps every day ensures there’s a clear path to success. It’s about showing up and putting in the work, even when it’s challenging.
